On the morning of September 26, the Center for Environment and Community Research (CECR) had a meeting and sharing with representatives from The Centre for Non-Traditional Security Studies (NTS Centre) at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
Through the NTS Center’s visit to Hanoi from September 25 – 27, 2023, led by Dr. Alistair D. B. Cook – Coordinator of the Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief Program had the opportunity to meet and discuss with Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Ly – Founder/Chairman of CECR Board of Directors and Dr. Nguyen Khac Hung – Director of CECR on topics related to climate change in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, typically the Mekong Delta region, lower Mekong River..

Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore conducts research and produces policy-relevant analyses aimed at furthering awareness and building capacity to address non-traditional security issues and challenges in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
