During the first training day on identifying problems and how to translate the problems of the National Park into issues that are of interest to donors and how to write a problem statement of the project proposal, participants were guided on methods to evaluate the implementation of the functions and tasks of the National Park and identify the problems currently encountered; how to translate problems into issues that are of interest to donors. Develop participants’ writing skills in the problem statement of a project proposal that must be clear, convincing and suitable to the requirements of the donor. From there, compare it with the list of concerns of the donor to convey the wishes of the National Park.
On the second day of training on project proposal writing skills, the lecturers guided the Park staff to identify project proposal ideas, analyze macro and micro environmental factors affecting the project, apply the Logic Framework to design and develop project proposals, analyze the Problem Tree and Objective Tree and convert them into goals, objectives, outputs and activities in the project proposal.
The training course contributed to improving the qualifications of civil servants and public employees of Hoang Lien National Park and innovating working methods, identifying Hoang Lien National Park’s issues into issues that donors are interested in, and proposing project development.
