Tiếng ViệtOn April 27, 2023, at Meeting Room No. 57 Quang Trung, Da Nang City, Da Nang Department of Natural Resources and Environment (TNMT) held a meeting related to Building Residential Areas for Sustainable Development activities of the project “Collective Actions for Water Conservation” (CAWACON) funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
Attending the meeting were representatives of agencies and units: Department of Culture and Sports, Department of Information and Communications, Da Nang Union of Science and Technology Associations; Leadership Representative: Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Thanh Khe District, Hoa Vang District, People’s Committees of wards and communes in the area, Center for Environment and Community Research (CECR), Center for Community Initiative Development and Environment (C&E); together with experts from Da Nang National University of Education and the Center for Adaptive Capacity Building Research.
The meeting aimed to summarize the contents related to the component “Building Residential Areas for Sustainable Development” in Thanh Khe and Hoa Vang districts by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in collaboration with the C&E Center; at the same time, giving comments to the draft of the Manual “Building Residential Areas for Environmentally Sustainable Development and Climate Change Adaptation”.
