Ms. Huynh Thi Lieu Hoa

Ms. Huynh Thi Lieu Hoa is a senior advisor at the Center for Environment and Community Research (CECR).

She graduated from Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting in 1997, then continued to pursue her education with a second Bachelor’s degree at Hanoi Law University in 2009 and a Master’s degree from the Academy of Social Sciences under the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.

Ms. Lieu Hoa used to hold many important positions in the government apparatus of Da Nang such as Chairman of An Hai Dong Ward People’s Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Son Tra District People’s Committee, Deputy Director of Da Nang Department of Natural Resources and Environment. She has several years of experience in directing and operating the management of urban, natural resources and environment along with basic construction.

Currently, she is a lawyer of the Danang Bar Association.
