Morning of 06.10.2016, Center for Environmental Research and Community organized the seminar “The law enforcement of environmental protection: American Experience”. This seminar has the participation of Dr. Avi Garbow – chief adviser of the U.S. Ministry of Environment and other american legal experts, environmentalists, NGOs in Vietnam.
