Mr. Nguyen Khac Hung is the Director of the Center for Environmental and Community Research (CECR).
He holds a PhD in Administration and Management (University of Manchester); Master of Development Administration and Management (University of Manchester); pursuing a master’s degree in adult training methods at the University of Melbourne, Australia.
He is the author of many valuable books and research works on state governance and administrative reform. With over 25 years of experience in management consulting, training consultancy, high-quality human resource development, administrative reform consulting for ministries, sectors and localities, international development organizations, NGOs and businesses, he used to hold important positions at state agencies and training schools such as the National Academy of Public Administration; Ministry of Home Affairs, Dai Nam University.
